The application allows users to search and query clients' histories effectively and facilitates mass communications to clients who have not visited within a specified period.

• Client Management: Includes a dedicated Address Book separate from device contacts, with the ability to view and save appointments, history, photos, notes, birthdays, anniversaries, gender, and custom notes. Users can perform searchable comments on each client, tag notes, and quickly access upcoming or previous appointments. The system also simplifies referral tracking and allows for quick scrolling through contacts using an alphabet index.
• Reporting Capabilities: Generates reports based on selected time frames, offering metrics such as booking percentage, income from services and tips, percentages of clients using chemical services or purchasing retail products, and options to export reports via email. Report ranges include predefined periods like today, yesterday, weekly, monthly, yearly, or custom ranges.
• Scheduling Tools: Features advanced double-booking options and allows scheduling multiple services within a single appointment. Completed appointments automatically contribute to client histories. The daily schedule view offers 15-minute increments for precise planning, with easy appointment addition and flexible recurring appointment setups. Calendar views include day and week displays.
• History Tracking: Enables detailed recording of services rendered, formulas used, tip amounts, retail sales, date/time stamps, and notes. The history formulas update automatically within contact profiles.
